At BOXIO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items in their original BOXIO packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
